These engagements show how the range lattice translates into working media plans and activation schedules. Names and figures are adjusted where clients prefer discretion. Outcomes vary by market conditions — see our footer disclaimer.

Heartland F&B — three-outlet range unify

A family dining group running independent social accounts per outlet asked KangReach to unify reach without flattening local character. We framed three catchment cells per site, identified overlapping geo-targets wasting budget, and rebuilt the media plan around shared retargeting pools with outlet-specific creative variants. The lattice board now shows which promos run network-wide versus site-only — cutting duplicate spend and clarifying reporting for the franchise owner.

Professional services — district-weighted search

A legal consultancy targeting specific districts needed search presence without bidding nationally on generic terms. Catchment Framing mapped office-adjacent postcodes and commuter corridors; Media Planning weighted search campaigns by district cell with creative referencing local context. Activation sessions tracked quality score and impression share per cell. The client reports clearer lead quality conversations because intake forms now tag district source.

How we document work

Every KangReach engagement produces lattice artefacts you keep: Range Frame documents, tagged media plans, test logs, and monthly review notes. We do not hide methodology behind proprietary dashboards that stop working when you leave. The board is the product — readable, updatable, and yours.

Case notes on this page illustrate structure, not promises. We adjust names and figures where clients prefer discretion. Metrics cited in review sessions reflect point-in-time platform data subject to attribution windows and third-party reporting delays.

What a lattice board shows you

Rows represent channels — search, paid social, programmatic, out-of-home, organic content. Columns represent catchment cells — primary trade area, spill corridor, retargeting pool. Intersections hold live line items: budget, flight dates, creative variant ID, and the metric that cell is judged against. Colour coding flags overlap (two placements hitting the same audience) and gaps (cells with no coverage).

During client reach sessions, we walk the board row by row. Questions we answer every time: Which cell is overfed? Which cell has no creative in rotation? Which test has enough data to call? The board replaces slide decks that look impressive but hide the geometry of spend.

Retail clients use the board to coordinate mall-specific promos with network-wide brand campaigns. Service firms use it to prevent district campaigns from cannibalising each other. Product brands use it to sequence launch bursts across catchments without exhausting retargeting pools too early.

Start with your category
